How long does it take for them to ship a reward? I redeemed my points for the $20 gift card cool1 on October 13. They said that they would send an e-mail when they ship it, but I still haven't received any e-mails from them. Does it usually take this long? I've never redeemed any points before, so I have no idea!

OP, I think it took 6 weeks for my last redemption to arrive. I've yet to get that e-mail too.

It said when I placed the order that it would ship in 6-8 weeks. I'm crossing my fingers that it arrives before we leave in less than 5 weeks!

Ours usually takes about 6 weeks when we redeem for something. The gift card said 6-8 weeks I believe.
