Disney Movie Rewards Question?

I'm not sure if this is the right place, but today I received my reward in the mail, its the Toy Story 3 poster. Well the tube came with a dent in it, the dent was big enough to where it trapped the poster inside the tube. So in order to get the poster out I had to cut the tube to where I could get a firm grip on then poster and slowly bring it out, once I was able to get the poster out I unrolled it and guess what? The dent damaged the poster! The poster is wrinkled and looks as if its been cracked. I sent a email to the Disney Movie Rewards, do any of you think there is any chance of me getting a replacement.

I have received a poster from them before and it came in perfect condition!
