Disney Movie Rewards Letter

Last week I recieved a envelope from the Disney Movie rewards. But there was nothing in it.

There was however a hole in the envelope and by looking at the evelope it looked like it got caught in something and the contents fell out.

Now I have a DMR envelope which they paid about $1.50 to send me, which I hve no clue as to it's contents.

I tried emailing them asking what was sent and if they could resend to me again with no response. Did anyone else receive mail from DMR about 1 1/2 weeks ago? I would hate to miss out on something Disney.

I received one of these envelopes and it had a Buzz/Woody pin in it. I don't remember signing up for it or requesting it so I had no idea it was coming.

I vaguely remember they had a promotion where if you ordered an item with your rewards points, they were going to send out surprises. Does this ring a bell for anybody?

Yes, they had that promotion a while ago Feb or March. You had to order something to get the pin.

I ordered a DVD with my points and never received the special gift (Pin). I e-mailed them twice and never got a reply (still haven't). Someone here posted the phone # so I called and the person on the phone said I did qualify for the special gift but because my item (DVD) wasn't shipped until after the promo ended I got skipped. She sent one out.

Maybe they are checking if others didn't receive their pin because their item wasn't shipped in time.

They really do need to check the e-mails. I sent two about the same issue and no response-not very good.

Very odd - I didn't order anything and yet I received the pin. I was looking at the rewards but didn't order anything... hmmm werid!
