Disney Movie Rewards - "Dug" plush ?

Did anyone else order the 24" talking Dug plush from DMR last fall? I ordered it right when it became available and have the confirmation dated 11-8-09. At the time, it said it would be shipped in 10-12 weeks, I think. 3 1/2 months later, no Dug. I've sent 2 messages to DMR through their website asking for the status of the order and if it's not going to be shipped, to give me my points back.

Has anyone gotten their Dug or had some kind of notice from DMR about when it would be shipped?

I have the same problem with the Up backpack I ordered back in November. 2 e-mails and not a single reply and no backpack. I might call tomorrow when my kids are back at school and the house is quiet. (hopefully they r back.)

TOOK ME FOREVER TO GET IT!!!! Countless emails etc... I ordered my in November too - got it about 2 weeks ago... its VERY COOL though my daughter loves it!!!! Keep bugging them!!!! Finally I did say FIne credit my points back - that is when it arrived...
