Update

I am very pleased with Disney Movie Rewards and they are refunding my 500 points.

An interesting point is they said they have been trying to get in touch with VMK since March and no one will get back with them :eek: . As terrible as this is, it's good to know it's not just us. ;)

Glad it worked out and as for VMK... Shocker :rolleyes:

Don't get me wrong, I have had my share of troubles with codes too. But I can honestly say that everytime (and I mean many, many times)I have contacted VMK about anything - codes, reporting people etc. they have always gotten back to me- even if it took forever in some cases.
I had a pin card code (the pirates pin trading set of ten) that I knew was brand new and never used but the code was invalid - I wanted my treasure chair! It too them about 3 weeks but they did acknowledge that I tried to enter the code and it was unused and valid and game me my item.
So if anyone else has problems just be patient ( I know it's hard) yet persistent and eventually something will work out!!!

I'm glad you have received responses but it's been almost a month and still nothing. It doesn't matter at this point because I was credited but you would think even an e-mail telling me they are working on it and will get back to me could have been sent.
 

I have only had problems with the VMK contact system. Back when I lost my CL_ status last October with no notice, I messaged them using the contact button, and still no response. I asked all the staff, but they said they couldn't say anything. It is now June, 8 months later, and with 3 send-ins using the contact us button, still no response from VMK..
 
Hello. My friend Alexia , she plays VMK way more I do. And has had her eye on the theatre set for a long time. I gave her the movie codes i found on my movies. I didnt know what they were for, so i just let her had them. Her and i would like it if you were to give us the codes you dont need. Thanks.
