Disney Merchandising E-mail or phone #

I posted on the Community Board, but got no responses, so I thought I would post my question here.

I need to get in touch with someone in Merchandising about a hooded, zip-up sweatshirt I purchased in WDW (MK) back in April. There is a hole in one of the sleeves and I would like to get it replaced. While I know I could just stitch it up, for the price of those sweatshirts I don't think it should be falling apart yet. Does anyone know of an e-mail or phone number to whomever I should contact? Thanks, in advance, for any help!

Go to disney worlds website and they should give you e-mail and phone number.Don't know if they will replace it since you had it since April

merchandise guest services is 407 824-2222. Just called it last week to return an item purchased in the parks.

Is there anyway to buy Disney World merchandise after you've left Disney World? My daughter wanted the Merida costume so badly but we couldn't find her size before we left.

Is there any way to get it now??

Yes, call the number I the thread. You can check allears.net for the shipping and handling chart, it's pretty expensive.

www.disneystore.com has the Merida costume. They are the same costumes that are sold in the parks and you may save on shipping by ordering from this website. Any other merchandise that isn't on the disneystore.com website can be purchased by calling the phone number in this thread.

I saw it there but the sizes don't go as high as Disney World. I need an XL.
