Disney merchandise problem

Just wondered if anyone here had any ideas on what I can do. When we were at FW in April, I bought my husband a shirt in one of the stores at the campground. It had a picture of Grumpy with the saying "You say Grumpy like it's a bad thing". After we got home, I had washed it either once or twice and then noticed that Grumpy's picture is gone. The words are still there, but the picture completely disappeared.

Would anyone know if Disney would replace the shirt or my money? Or even have a phone number or address that I could try. I'm sure I don't have the receipt, but I'm just really disappointed that a $25 shirt only lasted for two weeks.

There is a thread somewhere here that lists a number to call for Disney merchandise from the parks and resorts. I hope someone else will know it if you can't locate it. I just saw it the other day.......
What I can say is that several years back I had shipped several items back home rather than packing them, directly from the store at the campground. Well, the box came but several items were missing from the box.
I called Disney directly and they were wonderful and replaced the missing items and then shipped them to us expedited without additional cost to us.
Point being, if they can help, I think they will.
Just explain what happened and give them as many specifics as you can, ie...which store exactly was it purchased at? What date? With other items? Did you perhaps charge it (potentially another resource for you) Then tell them what happened to the shirt when you washed it.
I can't imagine that they would not want to try and help you out. No shirt should just fade out, even a cheaper shirt. Likely you won't be the first complaint they get/or have gotten.

Sorry I don't have the phone number either, but wanted to add my awesome customer service story about Disney merchandise people. My first trip to Disney back in 1992, I bought a blanket at the Mexican pavilion at Epcot. We were camping offsite, so this blanket really had some sentimental value to me. Well, stupid me, washed it and put it in the dryer, and lo and behold, it comes out the size of a pillowcase!!! Totally my fault for being such a bonehead. I called to see if I could buy another one, they took all my information and later called me back to say they couldn't match the exact colours but that it was on the way! No charge, and they shipped it to Canada no less! I totally admitted what happened, and that it was my fault, and they still sent me a replacement anyway!

Now that is true Disney spirit, and customer service at its best!!

I'm sure if you search the boards for Disneyworld merchandise, you'll get the number.
