Is Connections the only company that sells these meal vouchers?

Unfortunately, I believe yes.

It is the only place that I know of. You can buy them on Ebay but they are WAY too expensive. I think you can get them through travel agents and packages also.

Paramount Intl. Travel gives a breakfast voucher as a "perk" if you buy a 7 day Park Hopper + 4 pass from them ($300 adult/ $244 child). There's a very long thread on this board about PI, also one about the breakfast vouchers that I started......Connections is the only source of multiple vouchers that I've heard of, though.......
