I sent them a email weeks ago without a response for an item I am looking for. Does it normally take this long for them to email you back?

Also can I send payment for the item I am seeking? I dont have a credit card and was hoping they would allow me to mail payment to them.

I've always had replies within 48 hours, maybe I've just been lucky. I would resubmit your request, I don't know how specific you were with your request, but maybe they are having problems identifying your item...or they are just slow! You could call them the number is (407) 363 6200

I thank you for the response. However I did submit a few more emails to no aveil. I cannot call them as I don't have long distance on my phone. I am looking for a bracelet in a shop in Germany in the world showcase, pink or blue beads with Swarovsky Mickey Heads on them and selling for around $10.oo... Anyone know what shop in Germany to get these and if they stills ell for around $10.00? I really would like to get a few of these items and depressed cause they dont email me. I also have no credit card to pay with, was hoping they would allow me to send a check or money order for them.
