I purchased annual pass and used it last October for 6 days. i know it is nontransferable, but I lost my job and will not be able to use the pass this year, is there any way I can sell at a great discount for the rest of its term?

Sorry about the job. No, a partially-used AP cannot be sold or transferred to someone else. WDW doesn't allow any ticket to be "shared" between individuals.
