I read a review that said there was a lot of vibration, but the report was from 6 years ago. Has anyone stayed in this room since refurbishment? I have never stayed this far aft and wondering is this is still an issue. Also wondering if an open port hole worth an extra thousand dollars compared to an OV but it is a long cruise and I like fresh air.

We stayed in 6140 and 6142. There was some vibration, usually when pulling into port, but nothing that bothered us. We enjoy the navigator verandas. We’ve had them on both the Magic and the Wonder. I don’t notice that the room seems any darker compared to a full veranda and they offer some protection from the weather. I’ve done OV on a short cruise and it was fine, but for a longer cruise, I prefer a veranda. Enjoy your cruise!

We have stayed in 6134 a few times, some vibration and some creaking too.
But we have it booked again for next February, so i'ts not bad enough to keep us away.

We were in room 6636 (back in 2011) and have room 6136 booked for our cruise in July. I don't remember any noticeable vibration or extra noise while we were in room. We liked the fact that the navigator verandah gave us a little more privacy and shade.

Thanks. I guess what bothers one person may not bother another. I decided to book the 7A for my trip and just try and not think about the price difference from my OV. Thanks for the input.

We were in this room on the Med Cruise last Sept and we had no problem with vibrations. Re thought the location was great!

So happy to hear this. The conversion rate to CAD is pretty high so makes me feel a lot better knowing we made a good move. Thank you.
