Just wondering if anyone knows since this I believe this would be the first sailing after the CDC and state department "don't cruise" advisories.

Nothing has been canceled. It is a travel advisory not a cancellation so I would assume that the ship is leaving unless Disney has made an announcement.

Yes, its sailing as scheduled. According to the Disney Cruise Line Blog, it will be sailing at a slower speed and go to Key West tomorrow instead of Wednesday.
DOesn't say the reason for slower speed.

We left the ship this morning and people were in line to get in as we were leaving. It seemed to be business as usual in the terminal and on the ship. We weren’t made aware of any problem with the ship’s propulsion, but we had a (roughish) sea day yesterday and were at CC the day before, so the ship basically idled along the Florida cost for the entire day.

I read this too but it seems confusing - going at a slower speed but getting to Key West sooner?

They are experiencing technical issues, that's why they are sailing slower.
