Hmm. So, I looked at the calendar reward for the 25th and it now is very similar to past years (premium permanent attractions and characters), but also with a few event attractions thrown in too. The event attractions have pretty low odds, so hopefully that means most people receive something good.

lol, I have a couple of attractions I can get, but my odds of the 250 gems are .01%

The new odds in the LC chests are a joke too. I still need Hans from Frozen, he used to be around a 4% chance. I went ahead and did the special event since I needed to buy The Kraken anyway so I would get 2 Frozen chests, but when I checked the odds there, Hans had dropped to a little over 1%. Needless to say, I am the proud owner of 2 more benches.

I've been pretty lucky over the last few months and picked up Queen of Hearts, Moana, and Robin Hood in free chests, but I guess that's a thing of the past now.

Definitely a thing of the past for LCs going forward. Since they started "rebalancing" them a few months ago. And they are also adding more decorations to a lot of them, further worsening the odds with this new way of doing things.

But beavismom - that is some pretty lucky drops, all of those legendary characters from LCs in a short time.

After I installed the IOS update, my Season reset. So both of my games, this Season, have reset. I probably will just claim my Christmas chest, whatever it is, and call it a day.

Anger Foam Hat Stand for me too. (But can't complain too much - I didn't have one yet and my prior 4 LCs were pretty good to me, 3 characters and one bench, the new one in the Frozen chests that I picked for the Dreamquest event).

Oh mannn…I was so close to pulling the trigger on this one and doing the gem requirements. Decided not to as it would have put me just under 500 gens going into the next event. Two benches…that smarts

I kinda like and kinda dislike these tapper events.

Dislike because they can be crazy obnoxious...like because they have an obscene amount of happiness and as rewards and don't require too much brain power.

Glad you didn't follow in my footsteps.

I was waiting to see if they were going to do a Black Friday attraction sale, so when they didn't I just got the one I was missing anyway. Once I saw the new LC chest odds, I knew I was likely in for benches, but they were sort of a "freebie". I would have been upset if I weren't already committed to spending those gems.

Got to level 125 today and got Mrs Incredible in my LC. (But she joins the group of characters I can’t upgrade, which is irksome.)

Oh man. So zero collecting options? Can you buy tokens?

Oh - I don't have enough elixer to buy tokens... (other than for the Toy Alien) And with the recent changes to the amount of elixer you get from stuff, it is hard to come by. Also, so are benches and other things to put into the pot for elixer these days. (Remember the days when we got a decoration in each normal chest?)

And I'm saving elixer to buy an attraction that helps with John Darling tokens - as I also don't have a lot of options to get him and keep moving on the permanent content. (But I'm also still working on his older brother - half way on his tokens right now.)

But Mrs. Incredible is no means the only character in this group - add Hiro, Little John, Becky, 3 characters from the P&tF, King Triton, Queen Elinor, Roger,Luisa, Taran (although getting closer on him, need to get Tia Dalma), Vanellope, etc. Really, when I get an older character from a LC, it is a bonus if I can upgrade them. But I have a long term view on this game - basically I will eventually be able to upgrade people.

End of season is coming quick for me...I should be in level 146 by the EOD. I need 14 more Battle Bots to reach 80 and the 1k happiness. All weeklies should be done today, too.

The beginning of Inside Out 2 is going to be a challenge since we're traveling Friday night to Tuesday. I'm not terribly concerned, but this is where time skips may come in handy for me.

Ugh it just reset all of my battle bots event progress to zero. I’m guessing they generally aren’t receptive to helping in these cases?
