Disney magazine?

I know it went out of business. I had JUST signed on to renew when it went under. They offered me 2 different mags to choose from. I did that but never received a copy of *ANY* magazine! Who should I call?

you know what? i just realized that i had called them to tell them i didn't want either magazine, and wanted to know what else i could get.. she told me that i would be receiving a check in the mail for the remainder of months i had left.. to this day, i still havent' recv'd anything, no check, nothing!! thanks for reminding me!

I called and had the subscription cost credited back to my credit card. It was done within one week.

I received my refund check about 3 weeks after I called. Is the number you originally used still in service? I would think they use the same company for the remaining two publications.

I did it all by mail so I never had a number. If anyone has one I would love to have it too.

I opted to have money back and I received it within 2 weeks of calling. The number was on the notice that was sent so I do not remember what it was.

I tossed all my info once I rec'd a refund check. Check in one of your old Disney Magazines for a membership services #. Maybe you can call that to check the status of your accounts.

Add me to that list too. I asked for Disney Adventures, and have yet to recieve one, and yes you're right, it's been months.

I, too, ordered for Disney Adventures and still have not received it either. I figured this would take about 6-8 weeks and it has been longer. Now I have no Disney Magazine and no replacement. This just stinks!

I already subscribe to both offered, so I asked if it could be added on to an existing subscription. The answer was yes, but the date hasn't changed on the Adventures yet. Guess I need to call too....

I called on July 31st and I had my check in had litteraly two days later. I was really impressed because I thought it would be a few weeks until I got my check.
