Do you have an overwhelming love for Disney? Do you day dream of Disney just about every day? Does the thought of walking down Main St. USA fill you with the joy and happiness only Disney can provide?

I am one of these people. I can't get enough of Disney. I don't care what accommodations they offer, I just want to bask in the glow of its perfection. There is no line too long to experience your "must ride" ride. No matter how hard you try to contain your emotions WISHES gets you every time. You won't even consider Universal as a "comparable" option. It is perfect. It is timeless. It is the best place in the world.

If Disney is your happy place please post here. Share your love and your happy thoughts. :lovestruc

The first thing I do in the morning is open my computer and there is usually a disney picture I took as the screen saver. Then I put on disney background music on he speakers. Anyone who comes into my classroom comments on it.

I agree with everything you said.....and yes, I cry multiple times from happiness. From the monorail ride if I hear mickeys voice, to hugging eeyore yet again....nothing compares and nothing will make me turn away....:cool1::happytv:

I love Disney Too.. just got back from a short 4 night trip, having withdrawal issues. I do think some lines are just too long, I only go when the crowds are lower. I really wish, it wasn't so crowded. My next trip will be the end of September.

I love the sights...the smells....the people watching...the magic....the joy of kids.....the love of the old folks enjoying the magic......

Thanks for a positive post! :grouphug:

When I see certain things on my daily adventures, I immediately associate them with Disney. Such as the smell of water - oh that reminds me of Living with the Land. Disney love is the best kind of love.

F- faces of amazed kids
A- another picture to keep looking at
S- sitting on a bench in front of the castle
T- timeless memories with your family

P- people mover...again and again
A- about time to just.....relax
S- sharing a dole whip with your 4 year old
S- simply everything......if you let it.

YES!!!!!!
I always try to find a way to stir a conversation to the subject of Disney.

Praise the people posting positive vibes on the boards!!!!
I am a Disney lover.
I know that things have changed.
I have learned how to accept these changes and use them in a way that works for my family.
I refuse to let the negative people ruin my thoughts on Disney.
I have 2 trips planned in the next 200 days and I'm planning a third.
Disney disney disney!!!!
Yippee!!!!

OP, thank you for starting this! I have been so depressed reading through these boards lately, but you reminded me why I'm here! I dream about WDW almost every night. My family has made a rule, I am only allowed to talk about Disney once a day. But everything reminds me of Disney! We're heading back down in 118 days, and that is simply not soon enough! I told my family, if we get a total of 12 more inches of snow, that's it - we're moving to Florida. And close enough to WDW that I can go whenever I want!!! Only 11 more inches to go! :lmao:

I know what you mean. I'm sick of seeing a Disney smear campaign. I just wanted to see some good thoughts and stories. :) We just went at thanksgiving. We've got a couple trips planned this spring but I want to go MORE!! Lol. My ultimate goal is to move to Florida. Maybe a few more years. :)

Love this thread! I know Disney isn't for everyone, but I don't know that there is much if anything that would turn me away from Disney and the parks.

My favorite thing about WDW is that I can go there, be "in the disney zone" from the minute I land at MCO to the minute I leave. No worries, no stress, just a great carefree vacation. I even love using the disney buses, lol. I've met some great people on bus rides!

Yes my love for Disney is overwhelming! I long for the sounds, sites, smells, and the feeling of walking down Main Street USA!!! Every day some way, some how, Disney is incorporated into my life! :) I have a co-worker who shares the same love I have so we talk Disney pretty much every day! I am constantly planning vacations that won't happen and watching endless YouTube videos to get my fix!!! Nothing can ever compare to the happiness I feel when I think DISNEY!!! :)

Couldn't have said it better myself.

We made our first trip down over spring break 2012 and have came up with countless things that we want to do when we go back. Our problem is every time we go the list gets longer not shorter.

It has been my HAPPY PLACE for a long time now. I don't even have to ride many rides. I just love being there. I compare everything to Disney. I watched the opening ceremonies for the Olympics, and told my husband, they should have contacted Disney when they did those huge sets. Nothing compares to the perfection of what Disney puts out there.

We only get the opportunity to go once a year and its just not enough! I love Disney so much and cannot stand the depression that comes with returning home after a week in my happy place :( We've been home almost a month and I'm still wishing and trying to desperately find a way to go back before next January. It's a place where my family can relax, have a blast, and enjoy each other without the stresses of work, family and everyday life getting in the way. I feel sorry for all the people who just can't love Disney for the magical place that it is. They can change anything they like and I doubt it would keep me from going! Thanks for starting the thread OP! It was much needed!!!;)
