Disney Lost My Reservation!!!

Yesterday I called to confirm that they had received my final payment (:Pinkbounc ) - the CM that I spoke with said that they had so we we were paid in full ( :Pinkbounc) This morning my parents dropped off a postcard addressed to DH that was sent to their address (must have been from when I booked our honeymoon 13 years ago!) so I called to see if we could apply the code to our existing reservation at the YC 11/27 - 12/7, and to have them change the address in his file.

The CM I reached (who was very nice and tried to do what she could) asked for DH's info - and said that yes there was a code attached to his name - however - she could find no record of our exising reservation!!! She said that she could see pieces of our trip, for example that we purchased tickets for MVMCP, but could find no record of our hotel!!

I was on the phone with her for about 30 mins and she could find nothing - she kept putting me on hold and saying that she was speaking with her manager and guest services but they were finding no record of our reservation! Finally she came back on and told me they were going to keep looking and she would call me back. Now I'm in a holding pattern just waiting for her to call me back! (and I never did get my question about the pin code answered ;) )

Did she try finding the reservation using the confirmation number? (Though I would certainly think that she would have) Maybe she is trying to find it based on the other address? Hope it all works out (and since they have your money, they should certainly make sure that it does work out).
 
The same thing happened to me when I tried to apply the end of Sept code to my trip. All of a sudden they said my entire trip had been cancelled.

She found it though and even reiterated my ADRs. It took about 25 minutes though, so don't panic...yet.

Can you look up your trip online and see it?
 
I would check the confirmation number online. You should be able to do that to verify.
 

Disney called me back they found the reservation - the woman I spoke with (Noelle) said that for some reason they could not see it on the system that the original CM was on :confused3 .

Now its time to start counting down!!
 
This happened to me for my Feb trip. I was trying to switch from CBR to Poly as a little treat for myself and everything was confirmed. When I called back about something when they pulled my reservation they showed the corrrect deposit, but no new reservation. Luckily I was able to get CBR, because they had no availabilty for gardenview at the Poly.

I already have a login, so it's attached to that. But I think you should be able to create a login if you don't have one and then just enter your confirmation number to pull up your reservation.
 
I believe you have to book on-line in order to view it on-line, if any finds different please let me know.
 
I didn't book online. I booked through Disney Travel, over the phone.
 
I still don't see how you do this. When I go to disney.com all I get is the pictures to click on what your interested in, like disneyworld, disneyland, fun and games, ect. Where do you get to your ressie?
 
Its under "My vacation"

You'll have to create a user name and password. Use the same phone number as your number you gave them. If that doesnt work, you can call disney and have them attach your reservation to your userid so you can watch it online.
 
Thanks! I did figure it all out but I had to e-mail them as my reservation wasn't there. Hopefully they'll attach it!!
