Disney look and male piercings

So I am aware that only females can wear earrings while on stage and only one per ear. But can males have piercings or precious piercings that have closed? Like as long as they aren’t wearing earrings? My fiancé and I both recently applied for Disney and he used to have ears gauged. They aren’t anymore but he’s worried about the tiny scar left from before. You can pull the ear lobe and see that it’s completely closed and his ears are normal in size but I know Disney can be extremely strict and since we’re going to be relocating regardless if only I get hired or we both do, we are trying to prepare in case they deny him for this. If they will then he needs to find work elsewhere ASAP.

I know a few CMs that had their ears gauged and the general answer is that so long as it isn't super visible it's fine. If it's closed and healed then he should be fine. If it just looks like a small scar that's fine, but if it was an actual hole still he might get some comments about that. From what you described it's fine. Also it's fine if he does decide to wear piercings just so long as he remembers to take them off whenever he goes to work -even backstage remember to remove them because you're technically always supposed to be in Disney look.
