Does anyone know of anywhere online or elsewhere I can go to purchase Disney light up toys before arriving in Disney & having to pay Disney prices for these in the evening. Thanks so much!

Keep an eye on Disneystore.com when there is a sale. They have had some in the Disney Parks Authentic section and I was able to buy ones at a discounted price before our trip.

Disneystores have nice new ones. There is a big Tinkerbell one, it reminds me of the ones they have at Disney on Ice. Others too.

Walgreens has alot of Disney themed merchandise. they had some really cute light up wands that were Christmas themed. I have also seen light up airplanes and the spinners, so check them out.
If you have a car on vacation you can also find some stuff at Walmart and Target near the parks. Both stores have an area with Disney themed merchandise. Pick up your fan water bottles here for $5 instead of getting them at the park for $20.
I bring the glow sticks that I buy at the dollar (now $3) area in Target. They are 15 for $1 and my grandson loves to pass them out to other kids sitting near us during the fireworks.

We brought a mister fan from home but DS still had to get the Disney one!

I have found the ones at the Disney Store to be reasonably priced (and I am cheap). We didn't get any because I didn't want anything else to keep track of in the parks. Also, our Walmart currently has an entire section (near the Christmas clearance) of random Disney stuff, including $5 glow things that are pretty cool looking. We probably would have gotten those if they weren't out of both Rapunzel and Minnie on the day I decided to buy.

Walmart has some light up wands and spinners on clearance at my store. Last I checked they were $3 and back with the Christmas/Toy clearance. They have princesses and Tinkerbell for girls and super heroes for boys.

We also bought the wintery Minnie and Mickey ones at Walgreen's for $4.99 each.

I would get Disney Store ones on clearance or pay for them at the park. The "inexpensive" ones we bought are long broken, but the ones we bought in 2010 from the vendors by the castle before Wishes are still going strong!

Like others have said, Walgreens.

I got DD a snowman Minnie light up toy that spins snow around for $4.99 there right before Christmas.
