If you are referring to the Kids Activity Centers for children 4-12. My daughter recommends Simba's Cubhouse at the AKL. She also stayed at the Kid's Club (Neverland Club) at the Polynesian Resort. Although, the theming was cool... Check In is staged like Wendy's bedroom and the children go through her window (door) to play in neverland. No pictures are allowed. And adults are not allowed to enter. My dd9 did not like this center as much as the club at Simba's.

Simba's Cubhouse was a large open room with activity centers. There was a movie area, game area, coloring area, craft area. My daughter quickly bonded with another little girl here and they played Marble Madness together. My daughter couldn't stop talking about how much fun she had. We checked her in around 4:30 (some centers open at 4, I think). She placed her personal items (visor, sunglasses, visor, pressed pennies, etc) in a cubbie. She picked what she would like for dinner. Typical uncrustables pb and j, carrot sticks, milk. The staff was very friendly here. And I did take a picture of my daughter and her friend playing marbles. My daughter pretty much insisted that I tour the center and see what she had been up to while I was gone.

We were only charged for the amount of time that my daughter was at the center. She had so much fun there. She wants to go back next time too.

DD has tried the Neverland Club at the Poly and the one at the beach club. She liked them both but LOVED the Neverland Club. At Neverland she made a craft, played some games and ate. She was there from 5-8, it was a cute place and I love how the kids enter! It was perfect for her age, she was 5 and just loved it.

At the Beach club she was there from 5:30 to 9pm. She played lots of video games and played bingo. It seemed more older kid oriented there if that makes sense, she was 7 when she went here.

Thanks very much, that's good to hear they are run well and teh kids love them. It'd be lovely for Dh and I to have a nice meal together and I'm sure the kids would much prefer to go to one of these clubs instead. :)

Great thread!! We are thinking about DD (will be 5) going to one of the clubs this upcomming trip. She heard about them and saw the pics, and has told us that we have to have at least one Mommy and Daddy night, so she can go and hang out with other kids on her own at Disney...lol too cute!!
