Going to visit Disneyworld for the 2nd time with the family. We are looking at the Contemporary with the summer 20% off it looks like. Is that the best I'm going to do in terms of price? Still seems high:) We will be adding Sit down dining and park hopper option.

Would AAA be a better place to look? Any other suggestions? I do not get pins for some reason, I have booked before online.

Yes, that is the best discount right now. It is 5% more than the 15% you would get at a deluxe resort during that time frame (if it were available).

You could save a little more -- not sure on how many people in your party -- if you went with non-park hopping tickets, just picking one park to visit per day. You can still take a break in the middle of the day then just return to the same park that night.

Also, if you have not done the dining package before, the sitdown meals will take quite a bit of time, unless you have nothing but buffets planned but even those can take time to see all the characters. We average about 1 1/2-2 hours per sitdown meal from the time we arrive until we leave. Add that to the travel time between parks and you are losing out on park time.

However, it you have a plan and really want to take advantage of hopping, then there's no savings on not being happy. :)

If you were not to do the dining plan and just pay for your meals as you go, you can order tickets through an online broker and save some money of the gate price that way. But if you want the dining plan, you'll have to get the tickets with the room reservation to make it a package.

Good luck with your trip planning.
