have been unable to get ressies for my grandsons first Disney trip. What are the odds of me stumbling upon ressies if I keep trying? Slim to none?

What dates are you looking for? If they're May-June, they don't seem to be bookable yet. If prior, your odds of finding a reservation are pretty good at 60 and 45 days.

I was able to get one last feb for our daughters first trip like 3 weeks before our trip. Using Touring Plans helped bc it alerted me when a reservation became available

I agree use the touring plans dining finder. It helped us get an 'Ohana breakfast ressie a few days out.

I have no idea why, but they are only bookable through May 13th. I even called in. The CM told me she doesn't know why but she has seen it before. She mentioned they have until the end of the month to load them in, but that part I have never heard before so who knows if that is correct.
