Disney Jobs?

Would it be hard for me to get a job at the Walt Disney World Resort? I'm more or less straight out of high school. I've seen some 4 year apprentice openings but I'm worried the pay wouldn't be sufficient enough for me to live off of or that there wouldn't be any pay at all. I live in South Carolina which is another huge factor. So is this a dream that I may have to hold out on or is there someway I could get to the Resort and work full time?
