Sorry, I don't know where to put this question. I can't find where I thought I had the phone # for Disney IT.
In 2017 we went to WDW and all was fine with our MDE accounts. Earlier this year, when planning our January 2022 trip, we realized that one DS's MDE account appeared to have been hacked (or something) because it said it was managed by a strange name). So, he created a new MDE and added his kids. When I made our resort reservation and added his new account, all was fine. Today, he bought tickets from a discount site, went to add them to his account and wasn't able to. So, he created another new account. Meanwhile, I am still seeing his 2nd account on my F&F and all appears fine. I accepted his "friend request" for his 3rd (latest) account just now but haven't used that for my plans because I don't want to mess up what I already have. I think he should call IT.
