First- how do I contact Disney IT?
Second- I need to contact them because I see an issue that others may be having, too. Back story: I booked our trip and ADRs, then FD came out so I switched over. Last week I had FD credits added to a couple of pre-payment ADRs. The CMs were super helpful and set me up. I looked on MDE while on the phone and did not see the ADRs he was "fixing," but when I entered the ADR # I could see it. Apparently when he switched things around, his computer was using a different e-mail address/ profile based on my home phone number, so those ADRs moved to another account. I called back and the CM moved them to my current MDE account, but now my name/ Mickey show up grey instead of blue. I believe MDE still thinks that is someone else besides me/ the one with the resort reservation linked to MDE.
After seeing this, I wonder if that is why some people are having trouble with MBs when they try to enter the parks. The MB is set up with one identity/ profile/ whatever you call it, but the park ticket is under a different identity. Same name, same info, but a different identity when Disney scans the MB.
