This may not be strictly disability, but I thought people may be interested. When I was leaving Epcot tonight, I saw an unusual stroller at the Disney Stroller and Wheelchair rental counter. They have a couple infant strollers for rent! They are the regular single stroller with an infant seat attached to it. The CM working there said they have at least two infant strollers in every park for rent, but no one knows they exist. In fact, so few are rented that they turned one into a pin trading station, with pins on the awning.
Not sure how the belts/straps work, as it was dark. I will try to take a picture in the daylight sometime. But I thought I would let people know, and see if anyone has any experience with these strollers.
