Disney in Oct/Nov

We are going to Disney at the end of Oct/beginning of November with 2 children (4 and 6). Other than the Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party, is there anything special events, activities, etc. you would suggest we do?

Epcot Food and Wine Festival

This would be more for the adults than the children though.

As I recall, the cast members at the various hotels have a pumpkin carving contest prior to the 31st and all the jack-o-lanterns are on display - very creative carvings as you might expect.
