Disney In May Anyone????

Will be at Pop May 27th-June 1st, it seems so close yet so far.

Getting married May 24 - - Honeymoon May 27 - June 2. We're doing DxDP and Park Hopper and Waterpark Fun and More!!! Whew! And we're bringing DD12 along too. But decided not to do P&PP on the 31st even though CM tried to talk us into it. I have such full days already planned, didn't think I could add anymore.

Dfiance hasn't been since he was very little and doesn't remember and DD12 and I went our first time last summer, so we're all so excited and counting down the days until our first family vacation.

Oh and we're staying at the POP this time too. Stayed at ASMo last summer and really enjoyed it.

We'll be there May 21-27 at All star Movies. I will be traveling with DH, Myself, DD, DS and MIL & FIL!! I can't wait!!! We have room on our Illuminations cruise if anyone wants to join!!

We're down to 3 weeks from tomorrow!! I'm having such a hard time keeping the trip a secret from DD- I keep wanting to ask her opinion about which restaurants to eat at, etc. I can hardly wait- Mother's Day weekend with my daughter at WDW!!!

We arrive on May 8th too! When I booked this trip in early Oct I never thought it would come.. We are so excited too.

I planned this trip kind of spur-of-the-moment (or as spur-of-the-moment I get )- I didn't book until January. We just got back from a 9 day trip in November, but we had 1 day left on our old tickets from 2005. DH didn't care to go again so soon, and DD is close to becoming an "adult" in Disney's eyes, so I decided to go for a whirlwind weekend with her to just have fun and have some quality "girl time" together.

Are you going to attend any of the P&P parties while you're there? We are doing the Friday 5/9 one.

May 8-15. We went last year, closer to the end of May. The beginning of our trip was great and the crowds were light, but near the end, as schools let out, things got pretty crazy. The weather was great, though. Warm in the day, cool at night.

What kind of clothes for May 7-14? Are shorts and tank tops out of the question? Do we need to bring jeans? sweatshirts?

In May, the avg highs are in the mid to upper 80's- avg lows are in the mid 60's. It's pretty much summer clothes weather in FL by then. If you are cold-natured, maybe bring a light sweater or jacket for nighttime.

We are planning all shorts and T's for our 5/8- 5/11 trip.

Woohoo one month countdown until our trip!!. My DD is going to be turning 4 on May 21st and we'll be there for her bday. I got an ADR at chef mickey at 8:15 pm and paid for a bday cake for her

Can't wait, can't wait, can't wait!

We got our ME stuff yesterday and got our Disney Rewards card a week or so ago. I've sent out all the personalized dining invitations (my 4 year-old niece insisted that they were read to the whole family - cute!), and have gotten my outfit together for the P&PP (I'm an LLBean Pirate, which, if you knew me better, is about right. I was most comfortable in the preppy years).

I'm even training for all that walking (since I've put on some weight since our last trip). Next week I start a 5:30 am bootcamp to help get back in shape - eeesh.

Guess now I can take a breather until it's time to pack!

I wish I were leaving tomorrow!

May 17 -24th at SSR for us!

We had to reschedule our spring break trip (we would have been there this week) and reading the reports from people there now, I'm actually kind of happy we're now going in May!

This will be my family's 3 year that we've gone in May, we love it. We'll be there from May 3-12th. September is another one of our favorites; last Sept. me and hubby went down for our 30th b-days and our anniversary without our kids. It was wonderful

My family and I will be there May 11-17... staying at the Poly. I'm stoked. Any good tips I should know about? (for the Poly or anywhere else at WDW.)

We have several ADRs at places like Sci-Fi, 50's Diner, Mama Melroses, and Le Cellier.

Any others we should try to book?
