Ok, so here's what's going on...(Please read all!

I am going to Disney in....well...whatever the timer in my sig says. Anyways, my ENTIRE fam on my mom's side is going to celebrate my grandparent's fiftieth wedding anniversary! The ages range from 8 months to 70 years old. (YAH, BIG span). Its going to be my mom, dad, brother, two aunts, two uncles, baby cousin, and grandparents. In addition, my grandfather has sum heart problems, and its hard for him to walk so far (as the parks are huge) In addition, this is my grandparents' FIRST trip to Disney. (Our SEVENTH or so, hehehe)

From experience, I think I'm sorta knowledgable about Disney (Friends call me a Disney freak, lol) but I was still hoping anyone could help me with or offer advice as fun things to do with the whole family, good places to eat in your opinion, where we might be able to rent those things u can ride on around the parks (for my grandparents), rides that are too much for the older/youngest generation, etc. etc. etc.

So please help? I'd REALLY appreciate it...

You can rent wheelchairs for your grandparents.

As for going on rides, you guys might want to split up since you have such a wide range of ages. You can all meet up again for lunch and dinner and maybe see the nighttime shows together.

my advice (b.c of current weather conditions) is make sure u have a poncho cuz its gonna rain like crazy this weekend!! i'll be there too tho .

maybe we'll all need boats to ride around instead of walking
:earseek: hurricane charley is a coming.

I'm hoping weather isnt horrible for saturday and sunday, and we can actually leave the hotel >.<

back to ur questions:
yes there are wheelchairs for parks available where u get the strollers for kiddies (just inside the gates of the parks)

the great thing about disney is that most rides are family oriented and aren't too much for the old or very young :teeth:
rides that aren't good for ppl with heart conditions and etc will have a sign posted that tells you that... for example Mission Space at Epcot would NOT be good for many people with medical problems, its pretty intense. but they clearly state that outside the entrance.

Character Meals are always good fun :earsboy: as well as most any Disney "theme" restaurant. its hard to pick what places are the "best" to eat at. Depends on what park you will be at.

The Coronado Springs resort has a good food court style eating area...there are several different types of food stations: mexican, asian. italian, a grill for burgers, steaks and chicken. and a special place for kiddies.
i'm staying at that resort because of this place...its yummy and it helps when everyone wants something different.
it might be worth trying for a lunch.

go to chef mickey's and tell them it's your grandparents anniversary so you can do the napkin dance:D

Everyone will like animal Kingdom and wheelchairs and strollers are avalible just inside the gates.
