What is the easiest way to get from OKW or POR to Universal?

If no kids under 6, Uber or Lyft.

We cabbed it last time and it was very easy - cabs were lined up at the resort ( POR ) and the bellman just called one over. ( We were there in May 2015 ). We are going in September and may try Lyft.

We always take uber to the Hard Rock Hotel...it's the closest place to the parks to get dropped off. Then reverse it when going back.

Especially on special event nights, like HHN, when Uni's Guest drop-off gets horribly congested.

Uber, Lyft or taxi to the HRH is much closer since it is next door to US and you wouldn't have to walk across the parking lot which is where some of the Uber/Lyft/taxis drop off at.
