I just wanted to let people know about a Great experience that I had and because of a back injury after we had already made our plans for our Honeymoon I was concerned that I would not be able to get around & fully enjoy the experience. My doubts were put to rest the second I spoke to the worker at Apple Scooter about all of my questions about scooters in general. I was told that if I did run out of the battery, which was a concern that I could simply call & they would bring me out a fully charged one, even if I was stuck somewhere in one of the parks. There was no additional charge for this service, that sold me. I wasn't getting that same response from other Scooter Stores in Orlando. When we got to our Resort, my scooter was waiting with a fully charge battery, and I found it fairly simple to get the hang of it. I had a larger size deluxe model and found it fairly easy to get around, on the buses ect. While there the battery was somehow misplaced and I did call them and they brought me a new fully charged battery, and a claim was placed in the event that it did turn up after we went home from our trip. Again we weren't charged anything additional, and it was a simple process to leave the scooter at the same spot on our last day. I had such good results that we are planning on using the same company if needed for any future trips to Disney. Thanks to the Great Staff @ Apple Scooter! You helped to make our Disney Trip Magical, without you even realizing it! us
