Has anyone else had problems accessing their registry lately?? I got an email yesterday saying we received a gift (a pretty big one), but when I try to log in it's saying I don't have an account. :confused3

I have had problems on and off and I've only had my registry set up for a few weeks. :(

Just yesterday someone told me that they tried to look at my registry and it said we didnt exist. :(

I strongly recommend calling/emailing the Honeymoon registry people and logging a complaint. I've been told the Honeymoon Registry isnt getting the attention it needs and the more cases/calls logged, the better chances they have at getting someone to pay attention and fix it! Tell your wedding planner too!

This is very disappointing and frustrating....:headache:
 
Thanks Leah! This is the first time I've had any problems with it. I did send an email last night when I initially couldn't get in and just received the following response:

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately the website has been experiencing technical difficulties. We are currently working on this issue with our IT team and we hope to get this fixed as soon as possible. We will notify you via email once the problem has been fixed.

I don't understand why they just won't send a copy of the guest book entry when they tell you you've received a gift. It would make things a whole lot easier.

I just tried logging into my account as well and got the same error you did...


"We are unable to locate a Honeymoon Registry for the member name and password you entered. This may be due to a system error or your registry is associated with a different member name and password.

You can try again by clicking Login as Someone Else to re-enter your member name and password. If you created your registry using a different member name and password, you must use that information to log in.

If you don't yet have your own Honeymoon Registry, you can create your Honeymoon Registry account and start designing your dream getaway!

I am going to call them. They need to fix this thing already! :mad:
