what do you all think of the new name for MGM, I liked it the way it was but I guess change is good!

I think I would have liked Disney Studios better. Hollywood just doesn't make much sense. But I know it will take years probably before I get out of the habit of saying MGM!

My husband really likes that. He wondered too why they don't call it Walt Disney Studios.

Disney Studios would've been the name I thought they would've changed it to, but I will always refer to it as MGM as well

Actually, the official name of the studio park in Paris is Walt Disney Studios Park.

I think it should have been thought out better. If you do the initials DHS, it reminds me of Department of Homeland Security. (DHS)

Walt Disney Studios would be better. We'll still call it MGM forever, just out of habbit.

I like many don't like the name think it should have been Disney Studios and will continue to call it MGM, but then I still call the TTA the WEDway!

It will always be DMGM to me. I hate when people and sponsors do this to a name.

To me the studios will always be "The MGM studios" just like the park with the giant geosphere will always be known as "The EPCOT Center" & the TTA will always be the "WEDway people mover" and the POR hotel will always be "Dixie landings"...unless the theme changes like Alien encounter to stitch I don't think the name should.
