Disney Holiday Planner - Preferred Viewing Offer

I have just received the Disney Holiday Planner - it is saying anyone who books a Hotel and tickets package gets one preferred viewing of Illuminations or Wishes - does anyone know where you stand? apparently you have to book and get a voucher
