Disney here we come!

We JUST booked our trip about 2 hours ago!!!! :woohoo:

I am so excited! My husband and I have been dying to go back to the world ever since we left after our honeymoon in Dec. 2006, and we are FINALLY going back! This will be our very first Disney Thanksgiving. :banana:

I am posting as I sit in and listen to the wind going crazy and a major snowstorm on the way...
Thoughts of Disney and magical memories are keeping me warm tonight.
I love that "just booked" feeling.

So are you going to give us the details? Where are you staying, how many nights, what restaurants are you hoping to go to etc?

oh yes yes...the details..that is right. Sorry the excitement just took over me and I slipped into a Disney coma for a moment. :rotfl2:

We are going to be there Thanksgiving week Nov. 24th - Nov. 29th
We are staying at our FAVORITE resort the Wilderness Lodge :lovestruc

We did book the dining plan again...we weren't sure if we were going to with the changes, but decided to book it anyway.

As far as places to eat here are some thoughts:

1. Ohana's <~~~ OUR FAVORITE!
2. Beigarten <~~~ A classic for us
3. Whispering Canyon <~~~ We are considering for Thanksgiving dinner, because they serve a all the classics for Turkey Day, it is in the lodge we like the feel for Thanksgiving, and I heard a lot of table service in the parks will be very busy. Besides the servers and atmosphere wouldn't be much different from what we get having Thanksgiving with my family! :lmao:
