Cast:

Dave, Freda, Devon, Mickey and Rene'

Up at 7 today. Rene' stole my pillow. Man she's all elbows and knees.

Out to food court for coffee and writing again. I love watching people. There are lots of typical families. The Dad, innocently chowing down, minding his business, the Mom, trying to get her kids to eat something and fussy over whatever spilled. Dad still eating trying to stay out of the argument. First kid slaps second kid, Mom glares, Dad still eating. You get the picture.

Have to hunt down some towels. They arrive quickly again. Thank you.

Toast and juice for girls, then head for the busses. Wow, what a long line for AK already. Arrived and headed for Safari. This was bumpier than I remember, but the kids had fun snapping pictures of the animals. Saw Lilo and Stitch, Baloo and King Louis. Enjoyed ITTBAB. Then to Lion King. I almost got into it with a CM here. When we walked in no one told us where to go. They seated us in the handicapped row. I said we're not handicapped. Well who seated you here? Who told you? Why? Etc. I was only pointing out I didn't want to take a spot that was reserved. Just sit! Boy did he have too many nails in his morning cereal. Sheesh!

Went to Dino-land to do the kids rides and Devon, Mick and I saw Dinosaur. I missed this one last time so I wanted to check it out. Not scary but LOUD, bumpy and dark. Reminded me of Spiderman at IOA.

Had an early lunch at Flame Tree. Used 2 vouchers for ribs. Not very meaty, but good. Also had sides of fries, OR (not with voucher) and for the sacred dessert we chose a kew lime pie and a frozen Lemonade.

Enjoyed Tarzan. Love the songs.

Our last stop at AK was Kale RR. I'm glad I brought our ponchos and stayed dry. Rene' loved this, I thought she'd maybe freak out.

Rene' and Dave went back to Movies to drop off ponchos and pick up our jackets for the evening. Devon, Mick and I headed to Epcot. We saw Mickey, Minnie and Goofy riding the character truck.:wave2:

While on the bus we talked about Mission Space. They didn't even want to walk through to see it let alone ride it. Oh, well.

Tried out Ice Station Cool for the first time. We had fun trying different beverages. They didn't think beverly was so bad, just different.

Got fast passes for TT. Road that twice. We also did Dreamchasers. While in line for this I ran into a girl I used to work with 12 years ago! Exchanged vacation info and said good-bye. Thought this ride wasn't as exciting as I had hoped.

Met up with Dad at Imagination. I have never done this. It was down the last 2 visits. It was only OK. Watched HISTA. Went to the Land to do food rocks. From here the older kids and Dad went to do Body wars and TT again. Rene' and I meandered to Canada to listen to Off Kilter. Stopped for McFries. This band was way over-rated. Sorry, even me being from Canada. There was only one sentimental song...........the rest was just LOUD! I could still hear it from across the lake. WOW!

Rene' and I enjoyed El rio de Tempo. And from here she started to do the Kid-Cot collection. Went to Norway to do that and grabbed some Rice Cream, really loved this but I was getting hungry and I was determined to eat my way around the World. Kids or no Kids. Met with family back at Mexico. I don't really ever remember doing Epcot in the dark. It was pretty with all the lights. Stopped for a brat in Germany. Dave and Mick liked it. At the American pavillion I asked about the 9/11 flag. The CM said the contract ran out on it and it went back to its "owner" in the spring. OK. Stopped at Yakatori House in Japan. Used one voucher. Had the combo with 3 meats, one of which was tempura shrimp. I could have eaten 10 of these, reallly good. Meat portions were really small. I was allowed the Toyko sushi roll as a side. These were great, just the way I like them. We tried the chestnut cake, good. And the kids sucked down the coke. What? You didn't really think they were going to pig out on the sushi did you? The only thing I didn't like was the soy beans. Took some of my sushi to go, I was getting full. On to Morocco, used 1 voucher here. Got the lamb/chicken platter. Did not care for the salad, couscous was OK, and the hummus and hard roll was very good. They let me get a side of Fries for Mick of course. I chose the Tangerine smoothy (sweet the way I like it) and a chocolate dessert thing was OK.

At this point Devon was getting bummed because we had not bought any "normal" food. I took the kids to the France film while Dad bought some McFood. Devon happy. Rene' and I moved to UK and Canada to do the Kid-Cot thing. Went back to the fountain in France to gather to watch Illuminations (at the Morrocco side) and I chowed down the rest of my sushi rolls. Couldn't see the building lights from here very well at all. But still enjoyed the fireworks. Strolled out. Devon wanted to do TT again. Sorry they're closed.

Back to Movies to watch more Disney short clips. Rene' stole my pillow again . Good night!

Favourite Disney movie line:

Bye,Bye..........Bye, see you next time, thanks for coming. Are they gone yet? Man..........my cheeks are killing me. Barbie on Toy Story II
:teeth:

It sounds like it was a very busy day....with lots accomplished!!

Wonderful trip report ~ Thanx for sharing.

I liked your description of the family eating breakfast. It seems that men can eat with a full blast war going on...as long as no body parts get between their hands and mouth!
