Disney gives Richards "the shivers"

Several sources are reporting that Keith Richards is refusing to commit to Disney about playing Johnny Depp's father in the Pirates Of The Caribbean sequels.

"They're shooting while I'm touring," Richards said. "I'd love to do it if there was no hassle, but it would be a side trip. I know what my gig is. The idea of working for Disney gives me the shivers in the first place."

I wonder what he's reacting to. The old "Mouseschwitz" thing? The notion that Disney films are for has-beens trying to resurrect their careers? The snobby Disney-isn't-art thing?
