Disney Gift dot com Issues?

Anyone else getting just a refresh symbol for their gift card balances? When I tried to manually get a balance it says it can't be updated at this time. Making me nervous, I have a decent balance left on this card.

Try again tomorrow. LOTS of companies are doing IT maintenance over the 4th this year... See the Chase Bank debacle of yesterday for instance & be glad you're only having issues with a gift card balance & not your checking/savings/credit card accounts As for Disney gift cards they've definitely been doing maintenance. A couple weeks ago the ability to transfer just disappeared for about a week due to IT maintenance...

Thanks. I didn't even think about it being a holiday. It did eventually show up. I was going to update but this had started to drift to the bottom so I figured just let it.

I have been checking every day for almost 2 weeks and i cannot see balances or the ability to transfer...did you do something special to make it work?

It still will not work on my iPad but it works on my PC in Firefox.

I can see all of it on my laptop using Chrome, I just double checked and it's working fine.

Thanks. I was using Chrome and i tried in Microsoft Edge and it all works now! weird...
