Disney Gift Cards/Disney Dollars

Can you use the Disney Gift Card or Disney Dollars to pay at any restaurant at Disney? The reason I am asking is because I was going to purchase gift cards in advance to use to pay for our meals while we are there.

For the most part, yes they can. Some people have said snack carts are not equipped, but all CS and TS take them. The only exceptions being the following...

The Disney Gift Card is not accepted at: McDonalds®, Jellyrolls, Rainforest Café®, and the Richard Petty Driving Experience. The Disney Gift Card cannot be used towards the purchase of the following: Disney Dollars, Disney Gift Certificates, or Disney Gift Cards.
