Disney Gift Card

We received our Big Red Envelope on Saturday morning

I remember reading a thread on here a while back regarding the gift card, saying that you had to collect it at the airport. On our itinerary however it says: Disney gift card offer - 'if you are staying at WDW hotel..... this voucher should be redeemed with your hotel reception upon check in'. Can anyone who has been recently confirm you do collect it at the hotel? I would hate to have to send DH back to the airport

Did you book book the package with the free giftcard in it? Our gift card was included in our Mickey Mail and it was ready to use, didn't have to do anything with it.

Yes we booked with VH and the gift card was included. I will ask the Virgin staff at the airport just to make sure

We have booked room only with WDW and our gift card is to collect at the hotel!

Mmmm , we booked with Disney Holidays in the UK for hotel and park passes and the gift card came in with the tickets.

Seems to be handled differently depending on who it was booked through and what exactly you booked.

Just got my pack through from WDTC and my card was included too

when we booked with WDTC our card came in the post before we left, but not with the rest of our documents!!
