Disney Gift Card?

For my Sept/Oct trip I want to try mainly restaurants that don't accept the DDP, but would still like to have my meals paid for in advance, so was thinking of just getting a Disney gift card with enough on it to cover meals and tips. Which of these restaurants do not accept a Disney gift card?:
