Disney Gift Card!

Please watch your invoice when shopping with Disney, I just purchased at Disney Shoppping,and used a Disney Gift card ,no credit was given and am having a hard time getting this resolved

Everytime that I have used a gift card on Disney Shopping.com the credit does not appear on the invoice. When they ship the items, my credit is always there. I wouldn't be too concerned at this point.
