Disney gift card transfers - YES!

I had the Disney gift card app on my i phone, didnt know how to use it and deleted it. Now when I search the app doesnt come up. Anybody got any guesses where it went?

I use gift cards to pay for my entire vacation. And the last time I spoke with a DVC rep, he said, "I see you are a heavy gift card user. Do you know about disneygiftcard.com and the app?" I kinda felt like DVC was telling me, hey, we dont want to process 100 gift cards at $50 increments, why dont you use this app. So I was going to give it a try and reload the app but its gone.

 When did that start? It's been awhile since I bought one there but they used to be good at the parks - and I think that was back when Disney didn't own the stores.

Disney Store-only cards have always only been good at Disney Stores.

(How am I explaining this wrong?!)

It sounds like we're speaking about different things? I wasn't aware of a Disney Store specific gift card but they sold Disney gift cards that could be used at the parks - I have given them as a gift to be used on a trip. The Disney store that was located here closed up a couple of years ago so as I said, I haven't been in one for awhile.

Going online (I have a PC) vs my iPhone's teeny keyboard is so much simpler to me.
I combined 10 yesterday and if it took 5 minutes, I would be amazed.

GCs you purchase at Disney Stores are good at the resorts and all stores. If you return something at a Disney Store and are due a store credit, they'll give you a GC good only at Disney Stores. These can't be combined on the Gift Card website.

Yes, we were speaking of different things. The key was about getting a credit to the store when comparing to buying gift cards at Target. I had missed that point.

Do I have to hold onto all of the cards I transferred over to one card? Meaning, can I trash the now empty ones? Or should I hang onto them?
