Disney gift card for Disney springs?

Can you pay for dinner at Disney springs with a Disney gift card? T-Rex specifically

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong but I thought anywhere on Disney property you can use a GC.
Last year at Disney Springs I used my gift cards to buy a shirt at the Under Armour store there.

Have gone this year but last year the only place we couldn't use Disney gift card was the pet kiosk. Don't know if there are others but every other store and restaurant we went to took the gift card.

We used the Giftcards at WPE in the Marketplace, Cooke's, Raglan Road and Ghiradelli's. We also used them at Fulton's and since Paddlefish is the same company I would be surprised if they didn't take them. My thinking is that if they take the Dinning plan the Giftcards should be ok. That said we are prepared to pay with a CC if gift cards aren't taken or charge back to the room.
