Does PPDG sell Target GC's? I haven't been able to track them down. Thanks.

Is cardency a reputable seller? I decided to order Landry gift card to use at WDW and realized that GCM doesn't list the cards for sale, but Cardency does. I really have not ordered anything from Ebay other than some disney pins and gift cards from either GCM or PPDG, so I am not very experienced with any other sellers. I know others mentioned not minding have ebay gift cards because they order other things from ebay.

I purchased a Kohls card from them; took a bit over a week to receive USPS. Haven't used it yet, but thus far I had no real issue with Cardency. The card came in a white standard envelope.

Well i've learned a valuable lesson this month. I was on vacation when my Ebay bucks became available so I planned on using them after I got home.
Well I got home and nearly immediately went to the hospital. I was there for a few weeks and... well the bucks expired. I was devastated, better to learn that lesson the first time than farther down the road I suppose.

Sorry to hear that you lost your ebucks. But even more sorry to hear that you were in the hospital. I hope that you are feeling better now.

I know what you mean. I have $550 in ebay. I am trying to be patient. Haven't had an ebucks promo since before the last redemption period. But also being realistic that I may not get them any more. So, I am debating on what the best use of my ebay GC would be.

Ditto what @disfanforlife said - that's a rough 1-2 punch, but better that you're out & hopefully recovered than still in, but able to have cashed out.

Thank you, I'm doing a bit better now some long term changes but doing well enough.

I just maxed or my Kroger fuel fill up. I was surprised that I maxed out at 35 because for some reason I thought it was 32 gallons. 3 more to use by the end of June.

This eBay thing is really cramping my style. I have about 3k in eBay. 1k was added just last week in hopes of a quick turn around to buy DL tickets for later this week. If GCM never does being back Target I can liquidate in other ways but it's certainly going to be a bigger hassle. And I'm not thrilled about having to put out another 1k for tickets(with no discount at that ) since my intended vacation funds are tied up in eBay.

Another prime example of the risks involved. Add that to theft of the cards before they get to you, delivery to your neighbors (who may or may not return them), and being backed over by a tractor trailor . We all might be a little crazy for living so dangerously with our vacation money.

So, I think I got at least a little bit of good news for us, if it is to be trusted, lol! Right now, it makes me feel a bit better and I'm good with that for the moment, lol.

So, I decided to contact GCM myself and see what answer I got. I told them I'm a loyal customer, and purchase physical Target giftcards from them thru my Ebay account, and find them to be very reputable and with good customer service. Therefore, I was very dismayed to try to make a Target gc purchase at GCM thru my Ebay account on Monday, May 9th and they were out of stock and I told them I checked back frequently.

Then, I didn't ask when they'd restock but instead, I asked them specifically if they will again be carrying the Target giftcard at any point in the future or have stopped carrying the product completely and will not restock at any point? I wasn't expecting to hear back until maybe tomorrow at the earliest, but got a response in less than 2 hours!



I realize it doesn't give a date, and they could, of course, be lying, but I really like that they specifically said they will restock the Target cards! They could have just said they couldn't advise when they'd restock and left out the "We will be restocking this product". They could have just responded with something generally vague. Or even, suggested I go to the GCM store and buy there. In my comments I mentioned I wanted to specifically purchase thru my Ebay account. So, I think it's significant that they did state that they definitely will be restocking this product.

I did also ask about them possibly converting to Target egiftcards, as they had been advising purchasers to be on the look out for that feature in the future, but they didn't comment on that part of my email at all.

So, I'm definitely encouraged with their answer! And, I wouldn't be surprised if they were restocked tomorrow, and possibly even with the ecards maybe. But then again, it's probably too optimistic thinking that they'll restock by tomorrow. Target restocking would be great and much appreciated, but not as worried about that if we can still buy the ebay gc's in store with the Target gc's.

I know I'm probably grasping at straws, but if GCM was going to stop offering Target GC I would think they would have ended the listing rather than just reduce the quantity to zero. I'm really not ready for this to end yet.

I totally agree with you on this! If they are not going to restock and continue to sell Target gc's at Ebay, either physical or ecards, why would they keep the page listing there? You can still search for target gift cards and the same ad for the Authorized gift card seller shows up at the top of the page, saying Shop Now. (I thought it was missing the other day?). Went there now and it still looks as it always has, like you can order, but they are just out of stock. But, why keep this page at all as it still advertises that they sell these giftcards. Seems like that would be false advertising if they really were no longer going to sell Target gc's of any sort at all. Anyway, maybe that makes me a a straw grasper, too, lol, but, like you I'm definitely not ready for this to end! And with their response to my inquiring email being that they will be restocking, I am very hopeful!

So, I'm not exactly sure what to do with my ebay gc's while we wait for the restocking of the Target cards(optimistic here!). At this point, my plan is to check early tomorrow morning for an Ebay promo. Last two promo's were released the last two Mondays. Missed the first with gc's not delivered yet and last week was 3x and then they ran out. If not I'll just get up and check early every morning, lol. I'm on central time but not positive on how early these promo's go live. I'm thinking 7 a.m., is that right? If anyone can confirm or share the actual time that would be much appreciated!

Now, if there is a promo and no Target cards that will really suck. I really wanna make some ebucks! I guess right now I'll just plan to keep waiting it out until they are restocked. I don't wanna cash out to Disney cards yet, my WDW trip isn't until Nov, so I have some time. I'll be very interested to hear how you are all figuring this out. I'm feeling at a loss at the moment, so just planning to wait for things to pick back up until we know otherwise. If we could easily and conveniently use PPDG for GS gc's, I'd do that but not sure it will go thru at all. It's been a month since I got our two accounts straightened out. Maybe I'd be able to get a couple orders thru but a bit chancy. I had 3 $300 orders go thru eventually the end of Mar, then finally got us $500 thru, and $400, using ebucks, but only after several days and calls and all that pita. Been a month today since then.

@Minniekins , My plan is to try to be patient while picking up a few Disney GC's here and there from individuals off eBay...all my churning funds are in ebay...so that is kind of my best option right now. I've bought quite a few Target that way and never had a problem. I don't anticipate a problem with Disney GC's either. My trip is Sept 1-10 and I still need $1k+ so I'm feeling a little bit of crunch but not much. I definitely am optimistic that GCM will restock.

I'm not wanting to get tangled up with PPDG at this point. If GCM does not restock, I may have a change of heart on that

Oh, I'm sorry to hear about all this, TheDisneyDoll! I hope you are recovering well and getting back to good health! That's certainly most important, as they say your health is everything. I thought about that last summer when I had some health issues and realized it was true. But, I do understand how devastated you must have felt when you realized you missed the time to spend your ebucks, very upsetting, I'm sure! Hindsight I guess, but I suppose when we put things off, sometimes life gets in the way of our best laid plans. I will definitely keep this in mind myself, next time. Again, hope you continue to recover as fast as you can!

Hopefully it will be like the last 3% ebates promo-they had a 4 or 5x ebucks a day or so later if I recall correctly. Hopefully that will coincide with GCM restocking target cards.
