I have never received an ebay bonus bucks offer. I know I am signed up as I receive the 2% on most things I buy. In the past, I have sold quite a bit and did my share of buying as well. Is there a "trick" to start getting offers? Getting very frustrated as I have been waiting since November and have had zero bonus offers. Any help or tips would greatly be appreciated!

I had been signed up and earning regular ebucks for years and years. I had never received a promo. A pp recommended that I go in the settings where you can change your communication preferences and make sure I had checked the box to receive surveys and promotions. I did that but still did not receive the ebucks promos. So, then the poster suggested I go in and uncheck the boxes, save the setting and then go back and check it and save the settings. That was the trick. After that, I started receiving them and I receive about 90% of the ones that are offered.

Sorry so late to respond. For future reference, you can just search "ebay gift cards" and that brings them up for me. The $100's sold out but other denominations were available and worked for the coupon. The seller will be 'paypal digital gifts'. Here is the link to the one I bought:

I'm wishing a good target deal would come around! I know those are few and far between but still...I want it! On my last churn through target I put in a. 79 eraser. No joke, it was at my door within 24 hours. . A lonely old envelope with an eraser.
Also, I got one batch of gift cards on Saturday and my other order won't be here until the 17th. Both orders were placed on the 8th within a couple of hours of each other.

I have never had to email for permission to buy even though this listing and others have said that. It seems to 'magically' open up as soon as there is any kind of sale.

I do have other available funds set aside for the trip besides the $500. ...Two more things, how would I get a 8-10 % discount on this initial ebay purchase of Target cards (using a cc, but without ebay promo) ? And, Once I buy these new Target cards through ebay, should I buy eBay cards to have ready for the next ebay promo?...

Be sure to only use funds you are comfortable using. If it makes you too nervous to do more, then just do an amount you are comfortable with.
I was saying that the way to get 8 - 10% disc on the initial ebay purchase of target gc's would be to use a 4x(8%) or 5x(10%) promo, that hopefully you will eventually get. Pay with your cc on the first purchase to get some cards to start the process with and not cut into your $5000 paypal limit, and get those ebay bucks. And also good thing is not using a reseller, so less risk. It's really important to not thwart yourself unintentionally by being impatient and not waiting for the promo offers to start showing up, especially since your trip isn't until next year.
And, it never hurts to be ready for the next promo if you possibly can, if you're comfortable with that. But, if you're not, it's still possible to get ready if something pops. I've had good luck in the target gc's being delivered in a timely manner.

... That said, churning has been around for a while and there's no specific reason to think these retailers will stop it anytime soon...

Thanks for sharing that, I was wondering exactly that and was gonna post the question on how long some here had been churning! It's good to know that, no guarantees of course, but the churning has been around for a while, and so far, so good!

Anything special you had to do to open a 'business' acct? Is it different than your personal acct at all, really, or pretty much the same?

Okay, I went to ebay and gcm was sold out. Somehow, I saw this but there was the note above about being pre-approved so I didn't even try! Actually, at the time, I only saw a $75 card available, but following your link, I see that all are available now. Maybe it was a different page, but same seller and message was the same. Oh well, missed out on this but thanks for sharing the link! I contacted the seller so hopefully will be pre-approved or next time I'll just try it and see!

I'd love to see a good Target sale too, but I think I'd be caught with my funds in the wrong place when that happens because I've been converting Target back to eBay almost as soon as I can since sales and eBay Bucks promos happen so much more frequently on eBay.

Thanks. I actually have a trip in May coming up that I will have to purchase dining and some ticket upgrades for. I will probably spend another $1000 in May. I have a BIG trip next year that will be much more expensive,prompting the churning. I spent a few hours yesterday figuring it all out, down to cc rewards, iConsumer cash back,etc and I am now up to a 15% savings without extra ebucks promos (thanks to the $20 off $100 ebay promo yesterday and the sale on Target cards last week). Now, if I can only get in on the extra bucks promos ....

Me too! I ordered the rulers and felt really bad about the waste so I stopped that. Now, I don't even always go through ebates first for target.

They ask some questions that I would have preferred to not have answered (type of business and anticipated income/sales). In my mind I could make a case (internal justification) so continued on with the set up. I dropped the Raise part off of my process and have decided on just using My Points (for now) so that has also simplified things. I'm not as driven to confirm the savings as I was, since without Raise it is pretty consistent (Target 5%, eBucks 5x, and MyPoints 2%). I am afraid of forgetting about eBay eGC's (getting lost in my inbox) and partially used cards, that's why I would like to get tracking. At some point I aspire to be like Cydney, Marionnette and PerfessorZ with their success in Swagbucks, Perks and the likes, but that is a ways off.

I usually don't see the emails but if you log in to Ebay and check the homepage there is usually a banner with the Bonus deal advertised, and you have to activate it.
