Disney gift card account?

Has anyone had trouble signing up for a Disney gift card account? I am needing to sign up in order to consolidate gift cards into one for my travel agent. I have been trying to sign up for several days, but only once have I gotten the email with a verification code... and I only got it hours later, and at that point it told me the code was expired. I even tried signing up with a different email address with a different provider and I *never* got that verification email. I've called the help line twice, and after being on hold 10 minutes, my call was answered and promptly hung up on. Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue; I'm getting pretty frustrated at this point!

I signed up using my existing Disney account, so I didn't have any problem. I am sorry you are having trouble. I would say call them, but it seems you have done that! Maybe there is an email or online chat feature you could use?

Last week I tried several times everyday a few days in a row, kept getting the email code & then the "oops it's expired" tried a new email address and called with no luck. Very frustrating. CM would not let me use 4 gift cards on the phone for tickets which I had already been told I could do.
