We will be going to Disney World May 31-June 6th (fly in and out). Our family will range from 60yo to 1yo. I am wanting fast pass recommendations for the following park days.

Monday - Epcot
Tuesday - Hollywood Studios
Wed - Magic KD
Thurs - Magic KD
Friday - Animal KD

Thanks

OUr last trip we had about that age range, 5 months to 60. 9 of us. We did split up some. Epcot we had Soarin for everyone and we baby swapped. We also did the character spot for the littles. Do to a system glitch at booking we had test track for a few adults too, and the rest of us did the Nemo ride. THe lines at Epcot were short on everything but Soarin, basically, so that was the only FP that was really necessary. At HS we did had FP for toy story, which was everyone's favorite. Then the group split based on interests. At MK we did 7dMT and baby swapped, Peter Pan for all, Winnie the Pooh for all, A&E for 4 of us while the rest did Space Mountain, Mickey at Town Square for a few, BTMRR for the rest, oh and everyone had Jungle cruise. At animal kingdom we did the safari, the lion king show, and the nemo show. Not necessary for the shows really. BUt they were a big hit with everyone. Arranging everyone wiht split schedules wasnt too easy, but it was managable. I had memorized everything but I had it all on little cards, one for each, so if people split up they could take their info wiht FP windows and when they needed to meet us for ADRs. Only had to use them on the day I was sick and couldnt go on anything!

Does everyone share the same ride interest? Are the older members of your group wanting to ride faster rides? If it was a small enough group I think I would solicit opinions or give them choices and do FP+ for the consensus. Personally I wouldn't want to be in charge of just picking rides for everyone, unless they told me to.

We went as a group of 9 on our last trip and that's kinda how we did it.

No two older parents will not do faster rides, so they will have to stay with the 1 year old if we do any ride w/ height restricted. So heres another question, how does the rider swap work? Expecially if two or three in the party are not even going to ride the ride at all? And If you already FP a ride but two are not wanting to go do they move you to the rider swap line???

I'm not sure I understand your question. If you have adults in your party that are not going to ride the ride, they do not need to wait in line with the rest of the party. If that's the case then I would leave any child that is unable to ride with those that are not riding and not bother doing a child swap.
