I would just like to post here about the service that I received from Disney Florist.
I ordered a package to be delivered to our room and even paid extra to have additional items added to the package. What we ended up receiving was very bad. For instance, we ordered crackers and cheese and they included havarti flavored processed cheese, instead of havarti, like they had specified. And, another item was so stale it was not even edible.
When we got it, I just thought it was a bad purchase and would cut my losses but noticed on their website that they do have a guarantee. I sent them an email (the same way I made the purchase) because they were prompt in answering me before, but they have not yet answered.
I have also left an answering machine message... I would just like someone to acknowledge that they got my complaint. But yet, nothing.
I would just like to advise anyone going to make a purchase from them, not to do so... unless the item is perhaps foolproof.
