Disney Florist service

I am planning to "pop" the question later this year and had plans to have the following two services provided by the Disney Florist to make the night all the more special. First, I was going to have a glass slipper delivered to our resturant so I could ask during dessert (dinner is at Victoria Alberts). Then after the question (and a hoped for affirmative response), we were going to go back to our room where I had hoped to have displayed the romantic package of rose petals, wine, spa package (etc). So great thoughts right? But I just read a review on the internet that has me scared. It seems someone else had similar romantic ideas and the florist did not deliver as promised. So my question... has anyone else had a service or delivery handled by the florist? Any other reviews out there??? Any assistance, thoughts, or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I haven't heard too many negative things about Disney Florist, however, I do know that they won't simply leave wine in your room, you have to sign for it at the front desk I wanted to do the same during our honeymoon, but it's not much of a "surprise", if you have to go to the desk to get it yourself. You can always order one of the packages and have it delivered to Victoria & Albert's during your dinner. We are having our wedding breakfast at the Grand Floridian Cafe, and having Disney Florist deliver the "Let's Celebrate" package to us there, for our celebratory toast.

the instances of non-delivery that I have seen were at the moderates and not the deluxes. I also had problems last year having mother's day flowers delivered at Port Orleans Riverside.

However, I have never had any problems with delivery and service at any of the deluxe locations.

We were married in 2003 and have stayed at several of the resorts ordering different items (baskets, balloons, flowers)
