Disney Flash Drive Not Working :(

We just received our Disney Incredibles package, informing us about our wrist bands and with it comes a flash drive that you are supposed to plug in. I plugged it into our mac, and nothing, I couldn't get any video to load. I'm so disappointed. I tried going to the website listed below "disneyworld.com/incredible" and nothing. Anyone else experience this issue? I can't believe I'm the only disney trip goer out there with a mac.

The hubs has a Mac running Windows and the sound loaded but not the video.

It links to MDE. If MDE isn't working right when you go to play it, it's not going to play. I have a mac, too. It's not a mac thing, it's a disneyworld.com thing, LOL.
